1. Who we are

Link Building Services Agency ("we", "us") provides link building, digital PR, content and related SEO services through this website. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email and you complete payment. We may decline any order, for example when a target site breaks these terms, a niche is outside what we support, or we cannot meet the stated guarantees.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but never for an order already paid. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscription discounts apply only while a monthly subscription is active.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or are authorized to promote every target URL, that the content you supply is accurate and lawful, and that target sites do not contain illegal, adult, gambling or deceptive content. You are responsible for your own website, its compliance and its search performance.

5. Delivery and turnaround

Turnaround times are estimates based on typical publisher response times. We keep you updated if an order runs late. A placement is delivered when it is live and reported to you.

6. Guarantees

Service guarantees, such as guaranteed Domain Rating and traffic at the time of placement and link replacement, are described on each service page and in our refund policy. Guarantees cover the metrics at delivery; third party metrics can change afterwards.

7. Search engine outcomes

We do not control search engines and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue or AI citations. Some services, including PBN building, forum and profile links, carry additional search engine policy risk, which is explained on those pages and accepted by you when ordering them.

8. Intellectual property

Content we write for your order becomes yours once paid in full. Our website, tools, templates and branding remain our property.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or rankings.

10. Changes and contact
