Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Last updated October 19, 2026.

Information we collect

Details you give us through forms and orders (name, email, company, website, target URLs and notes); payment details, which are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers; and basic analytics such as pages visited, device and approximate location.

How we use it

To fulfil and support your orders, reply to enquiries, send service updates, send our newsletter if you subscribe, prevent fraud, and improve our website and services.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with service providers that help us operate, such as our hosting and form provider, payment processor, email platform and fulfilment team members. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and, where enabled, analytics cookies such as Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time. Email support@linkbuildingservices.us and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
