Refund Policy
We want every order to meet its guarantees. This policy explains refunds and replacements. Last updated October 19, 2026.
Before work starts
You can cancel any order before outreach begins for a full refund to your original payment method.
Missed guarantees
If a delivered placement does not meet its guaranteed Domain Rating or organic traffic at the time of delivery, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it with a qualifying placement or refund that placement.
Lost links
If a link from our outreach services is removed, we replace it free of charge on a site of the same tier or higher, as described on the relevant service page. Forum, profile and community posts carry the replacement windows stated on their pages.
Digital PR, HARO and media placements
These are refunded only for guaranteed placements we cannot secure within the campaign period.
Content writing
Content orders include revisions within 10 days of delivery. Refunds are available if we cannot deliver content that meets your brief after revisions.
Audits, analysis and PBN builds
Once delivery has started, link audits, competitor analysis and PBN builds are non refundable, because the work is custom and immediately usable.
